When boot without Ethernet

Description

In the boot progress, if I don't put Ethernet line on computer, there will be a progress "Started Network Manager Wait Online"(and "A start job is running for Raise network interfaces"), it will keep 5 mins!

It should be adjusted in default configuration.

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
