Just passing around to mention that there is a new updated testing ISO for aramo at,

Notes;
- Please note that the netinstaller for aramo is under development so the one on the iso is just a place holder (the etiona one), please avoid it's use, as it's not for aramo.
- If you have issues trying to update the repository, please try moving the key repository:
sudo mv /etc/apt/trusted.gpg /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/

How is the ARM version going ?
aramo will support both armhf and arm64, but there is no "oficial" installer(-guide) or recommended SBC model, since the aramo repository is already available to the public the community is encouraged to test and give it a try, beware it will require a good level of expertise on the subject.
bill-auger did a great job at the freedom-maker package and thanks to that we have it already on both nabia and aramo, many thanks to him!
On the other hand the arm setup is on the ToDo list (for the freedom-maker package), you might like to get your hands dirty and join the development mailing list to get deeper on the arm discussion.

I understood the words "beware" and "already" in your post, but little else. Does that indicate that I may not have the required level of expertise to try out the ARM versions?
Sorry, English is not my first language, I tried to state that installing trisquel on ARM might not be an easy ride for everyone.

Once installed, trying should be as easy as any other arch, the installation part might be the hard one.
Let's use the development mailing list to get into details for it.

Is having a GUI installer for the ARM version that is similar to the x86 version a long term goal ?

I have installed a previous beta version. Would there be any benefit to reinstalling?
I have been using Trisquel-10 on a number of machines, including one used as a server. I downloaded the Trisquel-11.0 amd64 beta iso available on 11 October 2022, put it on a usb memory stick using the command "dd if=trisquel_11.0_amd64.iso of=/dev/sda oflag=sync bs=2048 status=progress". With those options it took nearly 50 minutes to write the iso to my usb. I then did a reboot followed by ESC to bring up a boot option menu and chose to boot from the first SanDisk option. I tried the live OS and then double-clicked on the install-trisquel icon. I selected other as the install option and had a /boot/efi partition from a trisquel-10.0.1 installation which I supplemented with a 30GB / and 50GB /var partition and proceeded with the installation using my previous /home partition. The installation and subsequent reboot were flawless, which was pretty impressive since my computer is an Asus FX706LI with an Nvidia GTX 1650 Ti graphics card which complements an Intel processing chip. I am not a real power user, but all the software I needed like emacs, gtk+, and lxqt installed and worked perfectly, as did audacious and vlc.
