T400/W500 Quad Core and Cooling Mod

I'm making the move to free software as much as I possibly can. I have a T400, and ordered a W500 that's being shipped to me now. The quad core and cooling mods would make a meaningful difference for my daily use on these machines.

Is there anyone the community trusts to do these mods that I could pay to have the work done? I don't trust myself when it comes to hardware modifications like that. I did some quick searching online and didn't immediately find anyone.
