FSDG Picard references plugins with unknown licence

MusicBrainz Picard (package name: picard) contains a button to 'Download Plugins' (Menu:Options > Options > Plugins). This directs to a webpage[1] containing a list of developer and community developed python plugins with no reference to licences.

In the event that this is an issue I submit a package-helper[2] to remove the button.

Wrote a new patch in the end. Now a merge request

So I'd better do it.

The upstream issue has been closed with a wiki update, then appears to have been regressed with a move to a github solution. There are still unlicensed files in there.

FSDG states we cannot reference a software repo which does not guarantee FSDG code only. So the above patch needs forward porting to 7.0 and presumably 6.0.

You might want to edit your package helper. At the top it say copyright Rubén Rodríguez <name at domain>.
