mpv depends on non-free package libfdk-aac1

Reliance on non-free media found in the mpv. Vrms reported Non-free packages installed on trisquel 7 belenos

Problem solved. Active PPA and mpv installed then add non-free package. Installing mpv before activating the ppa does not add this package.
